29 CFR 1904.29(b)(1): A log of all recordable work-related injuries and illnesses (OSHA Form 300 or equivalent), was not completed in detail as required by the regulation: (a) OFFICE - The company employed eight (8) employees who sustained recordable injuries between September 9, 2016 and November 22, 2016, and the employer did not list the object or substance that directly injured or made the employee ill in column F, for seven (7) of the employees listed on the OSHA 300 log. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
