29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     Jobsite:  The employees who were constructing and pushing up walls on the deck of the third (3rd) floor were not protected from fall hazards approximately 20 feet 6 inches to the ground by the use guardrails, safety nets or personal fall arrest systems.    Rednelo's Builders, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 986566, Citation Number 1, Item Number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/15/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 84 Sisson Road, South Glens Falls, NY 12803.    Rednelo's Builders, LLC was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1070010, Citation Number 1, Item Number 2(a) and was affirmed as a final order on 09/25/2015, with respect to a workplace at Fairfield Inn, 71 N. Genesee Street, Utica, NY 13502.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:    Jobsite: The employees who were exposed fall hazards while working on the third floor deck were not trained in fall hazards and the procedures to be followed to minimize such hazards.
