29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by any of the means listed in subparagraph (D): By elevation of 8 feet (2.44 m) or more above the floor or other working surface and so installed as to exclude unqualified persons. On or about 10/28/16, on 2346 Lyell Avenue, at the former MAC's Pizzeria and Grill along the north wall, live energized wiring (rated 220/240 volts) was not secured and obstructed the passage/exit, exposing workers to accidental contact. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
