CHEM MIX 2 HOLDING AREA:    On or about November 12, 2016, two employees were using ethyl acetate, a Category 2 flammable liquid, to clean hardened resin off the floor.  The gas-fired boiler started and the ethyl acetate vapors were ignited resulting in a flashback.
