29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: Location: 16 Cain Street Weymouth, MA 02189 Workers were exposed to struck-by hazards from falling objects while working below workers on the roof without head protection. A worker was injured while working on a ladder when a nail gun fell from the roof above and struck him in the head. He was not wearing a hard hat.
