29 CFR 1926.62(l)(1)(i): The employer did not include lead in the program established to comply with the Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) (� 1910.1200): a) On and before 11/22/2016, throughout Haskell School, employees were exposed to lead while performing work such as, but not limited to, demolition, carpentry, and cleanup activities in an area where lead was present in debris on the floor and in paint on the walls, ceilings, columns, and surfaces. The employer did not develop and implement a Hazard Communication Standard Program to include information and hazards of lead.

29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(3)(ii)(B): The employer did not inform employers of employees who worked and/or were working in adjacent areas of the location and quantity of asbestos containing material and/or presumed asbestos containing material present in the area: a) On and before 11/22/2016, throughout Haskell School, employees removed asbestos containing floor tiles and roofing material. Asbestos debris including TSI was also in the area. The employer did not inform employees ripping, dry sweeping, and shoveling ACM of the locations and quantities of asbestos.
