29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. a. On or about 11/07/2016 at 144 Mercy Drive in Orlando, Florida, an employee suffered a work-related injury and was hospitalized for surgery. The employer was aware of the in-patient hospitalization on 11/07/2016 around 12:30 p.m. The employer notified OSHA on 11/09/2016 at 1:38 p.m. of the in-patient hospitalization.
