29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: Metallizing: On, or about, November 28, 2016, the reel drop extension cord used to energize the Dayton Wet/Dry vacuum was damaged on the female end. The outer jacket of the flexible cord was pulled away from the molded plug fitting and had been wrapped with tape.
