29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Bakery department - On or about 11/20/16 an employee was exposed to the moving parts of the Excellent Bakery Equipment Co. Artofex USA KSD-100 Bagel Divider while cleaning dough from the cutting blade. The Bagel Former/Divider-Hands on Training Guide-Visual Method Sheet was not utilized.
