29 CFR 1904.40(a): The employer did not provide an authorized government representative the records within the four business hours.    On or about November 30, 2016 at the US Postal Service Asher Station in Little Rock, Arkansas a verbal request for injury and illness records was made, and or about December 7, 2016 a second verbal request was made to the station manger and the regional director of safety and health.  On December 14, 2016 a formal, written request for injury and illness information to the director of safety and health and the Manager of Human Resources, worker's compensation was sent.  On December 15, 2016 the US Postal Service provided OSHA 300 Logs
