29 CFR 1910.95(g)(5)(ii): Where mobile test vans were used to meet the audiometric testing obligation, the employer did not obtain a valid baseline audiogram within 1 year of an employee's first exposure at or above the action level: a. On or about November 30, 2016, the employer did not obtain baseline audiograms for two fabricators who worked in the PIT Area wet polishing granite countertops. Representative noise dosimetry showed that fabricators were exposed to noise levels ranging from 88.9 to 89.6 dBA which exceeded the action level of an 8 hour time weighted average of 85 dBA.
