29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure. a) West Wall, Back Room, 101 Pocono Commons Drive, Stroudsburg, PA - On a daily basis, employees used electrical equipment (computer, monitor, sound system, microwave oven) powered by an electrical connection of a relocatable power tap (power strip) "daisy chained" to a flexible cord (extension cord) that had existed for more than two years (>2 yrs) exposing employees to a contact with an electrical current hazard, on or about November 30, 2016.
