29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)  On or about November 23, 2016, employees were exposed to injuries from falls, while conducting reroofing activities, without the benefit of fall protection systems being in place, on a roof in excess of six feet above the lower surface.    Campos Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1183029, Citation Number 1, Item Number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on November 15, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 7334 Campstool Drive, Colorado Springs, CO.  Campos Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1164398, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 8 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1628 Main Street, Colorado Springs, CO.
