29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): Employees working in the East Plant on the Blow Molder Line were exposed to amputation hazards while using the Centauro Vertical Band Saw, Model Number C0-900, Serial Number 0431, to cut scrap sump lid plastic because the point of operation was not adequately guarded in that the unused portion of the blade was not fully enclosed to prevent contact.
