29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.      a- Front of Building, 1400 Route 130 North, Willingboro NJ: Three company employees were exposed to fall hazards when performing roof demolition work and other related activities while standing/working at the unprotected edges of a commercial building's roof without the use of any fall protection.  As such these employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 14 feet to the ground surface below. Condition observed on or about 12/01/16.    IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION, THIS EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
