29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. A&M Concrete and Construction, Inc. dba A&M Buildings, project site located on Kelso Rd at Electric City Blvd. Kaukauna, WI: On and before December 2, 2016, employees were exposed to falls from wood trusses when fall protection was not provided to the carpenters working on the top and bottom chords of the trusses.
