29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:    a) Spice Room -  On or about, February 8, 2017 and at times prior to, forklift operators used two EnForcer SCR EnerSys Industrial Battery Chargers that were not installed and used per the manufacturer's safe operating procedures, in that the battery chargers were stored on combustible material such as wooden pallets, thus exposing employees to a fire hazard.
