A. The employees were exposed to a potential fall due to the working position.

29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket while working from an aerial lift: A. Columbus Steel Erectors, Inc. worksite located at 3390 Beechgrove Rd., Bucyrus, Ohio: On or about December 1, 2016, the employer did not ensure the employees' personal fall arrest systems were secured (clipped-off) to the Genie Aerial Lift. The exposed employees were performing steel erection activities from the aforementioned aerial lift.
