ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.

29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of every workroom shall be maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition. Where wet processes are used, drainage shall be maintained, and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places should be provided where practicable: a) At the Case Palletizing Machines Area: Hydraulic oil and product spill cover the floor of the Alvey Case Palletizer #1 work area and drying materials were not readily available to maintain the floor clean and dry, exposing employees to slip/trip/fall hazards, as observed on or about November 29, 2016. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
