29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:      Instances including, but not limited to the following:    a) Job site, 5055 William Flynn Highway, Gibsonia, PA: On or about December 1, 2016, during wood unloading activities at the front of the building, the employer did not ensure that appropriate fall protection systems/devices were used where employees were exposed to falls of up to approximately 25 feet.     a) Job site, 5055 William Flynn Highway, Gibsonia, PA: On or about December 1, 2016, during framing activities at the rear of the building, the employer did not ensure that appropriate fall protection systems/devices were used where employees were exposed to falls of up to approximately 30 feet.
