29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a. 1049 St. Georges Avenue, Avenel, NJ - Street- at the intersection of St. Georges Ave. and Remsen Ave. An employee installing fiber optic cable to utility poles was not protected from falls while working from an elevated work platform. An employee, elevated in a truck mounted boom lift (aerial lift) did not wear or attach to the basket or boom, a fall harness or body belt, when elevated to approximately 15.5 feet. Violation observed on or about December 6, 2016
