29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: (a) Worksite - Service Pit: On or about 12/6/2016, the employer did not ensure that twenty-four fluorescent bulb lamps in the service pit area were protected from accidental employee contact and wet weather conditions by guards. Also, a bulb was missing from one of the lamps exposing employees to electric shock hazards.
