For the bindry room, as observed on or about 12/06/2016, the exit access was measured to be less than 28 inches at multiple points: a) At the side of the roll-up bay door on the rear wall in the bindry room, the exit access was measured to be 21 inches. b) At the side of the rear exit door in the bindry room the exit access was measured to be 26 inches. c) At the rear exit door, the exit door was partially blocked by racking located 17 inches from the door.
