29 CFR 1926.952(a)(2): The employer did not ensure that the employee in charge conducted a job briefing that met paragraphs (b), (c), and (d) of this section with the employees involved before they started each job: (a) On or about November 28, 2016, M.C. Dean Inc., as the controlling employer, did not ensure that Berwick Electric Company, a subcontractor, conducted an effective job briefing that complied with paragraphs (b), (c), and (d) of this section, for the electrical distribution line terminations at the 12,470 volt HLV/cc switch gear located in the mechanical room. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
