29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about December 6, 2016 the employer did not ensure that employees were provided with and/or required to use fall protection while working from elevation. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards above 6 feet. Gils Systems was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1135071, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 11, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 14705 Alton Oaks, El Paso, TX 79938. Gil Systems was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1077938, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 2, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 14648 Rockbridge, El Paso, TX 79938.
