29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 7937 Oak Crest Place Lot 2, Montgomery, Alabama: On or about December 7, 2016 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities on a high slope roof without using fall protection as it is designed to include but not limited to having knots in lines they were tying off to, nailing ropes to the roof an anchors and tying ropes top the d-ring on the employees harness exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 9 feet 10 inches to the ground below.
