29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: a) On or about 12/12/16 in the work shop/garage area; employees were exposed to the hazard of contacting an unguarded rotating saw blade when the table circular saw ( Ace brand - model 27193A - serial number 016267 ) was used to cut wood. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) On or about 12/12/16 throughout the work area; employee used hazardous chemicals, such as but not limited to, Kilz Aerosol Primer - flammable, and did not receive training on the hazards of the chemical, emergency procedures, and protective equipment exposing them to contact with temperature extremes. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQURIED
