29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: a) At 10365 Duncannon Trail, Montgomery, Alabama: On or about December 8, 2016 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform roof decking activities without training them on fall protection to include but not limited to the requirement for fall protection, how to inspect a harness and how to install fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 10 feet 8 inches to the ground below. .
