29 CFR 1926.405(b)(1):  Conductors entering boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasion, and openings through which conductors entered and unused openings were not effectively closed.     a) At the Catalon Project Site, cable conductors from the portable generator power supply entering the connection box were not protected from abrasion and the opening was not effectively closed, exposing employees to a shock hazard.    b) At the Catalon Project site, the carpenter's trailer 110 volt electrical distribution panel, an unused opening was not effectively closed, exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard.
