The training shall include the following: a. Line 6 Table saw #1 - On or about December 6, 2016, employees were exposed to the hazards of potential energy release, in that, employees did not have skills and knowledge necessary for the safe usage, application and removal of energy isolating locks while using energy control locks for other purposes.
