OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, including severe burns, to employees in that employees were exposed to fire, dust explosion, or deflagration hazards from a dust collector used at the facility: a) An exterior Scientific Dust Collector, Inc. dust collector was used to collect wood dust and recycled filtered air back into the facility and was not equipped with a means to prevent a fire or explosion hazard from re-entering the occupied manufacturing area where the return ductwork terminated, on or about, December 9, 2016. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
