29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: a) On or about October 21, 2016 and at times prior, JRL Construction, LLC, as the controlling employer, did not conduct effective safety inspections to ensure that employees of Mike Gonzalez dba Gonzalez Roofing (subcontractor) were protected from falls of approximately 10 to 15 feet while working on the roof of a two-story residential house.
