On or about December 16, 2016, the following noise exposure was measured: 1. A material handler was exposed to a mixed noise level of 87.1 dBA or an equivalent dose of 67.1%, as an 8-hour TWA, while operating the grinder and pelletizer. This level was based on 467 minutes of sampling; zero exposure was considered for the unsampled time.
