29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) Clean room and ball room, on or about 12/21/16: A housekeeping program was not developed to decontaminate lead from surfaces including , but not limited to benches in ball room and service benches in clean room. Ball room bench was found to contain lead residue; employee's work bench in clean room was found to contain residue and clean room service bench closest to ball room was found to contain lead residue. Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
