29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered:  Georgia Metal Finishing, Comer, GA - In the metal finishing area, black oxide line and electro polishing line, employees work with chemicals such as but not limited to, Black Magic Infusion Powder containing sodium hydroxide and sulfuric acid and solutions at temperatures of 270 degrees F. Employees were observed loading parts into the chemical tanks without the use the aprons provided or any other protective clothing, on or about 12/20/16.

The air pressure measured at 60 p.s.i. when dead end and not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i., on or about 12/20/16.
