29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step.    On the north side of the construction site, employees worked from A-frame ladders to install a canopy top on a drive through sign were exposed to fall hazards.  a.  Employee used the top plate of an 8 foot A-frame ladder, and   b.  an employee worked from the top step of a 10 foot A-frame ladder.
