29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employers shall develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f) labeling, (g) safety data sheets, and (h) training will be met. Shop: A written hazard communication program was not developed and implemented where employees worked with glass products, color pigments and MAPP gas during jewelry making and glass blowing operations. Cylinders of MAPP gases and pigment containers were not all labeled , safety data sheets for products were not available onsite, and a the required training program had not been implemented.
