29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: a. Overlook at Old Atlanta Subdivision, 5960 Overlook Club Drive, Suwanee, GA (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to struck-by hazard. Lower level employees were not utilizing head protection while working beneath the upper level employees (roofing subcontractor) who is handling portable hand tools and installing roofing material above the lower level employees, on or about December 13, 2016.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. The Enclave at Old Peachtree Subdivision, 5960 Overlook Club Drive, Suwanee, GA - Employee were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet, while installing the Prolinx house wrap, while standing/working from the roof gable over the garage, on the elevated roof area of a new residential structure without the use of fall protection, on or about 12/13/16.
