29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:   This violation occurred on December 13, 2016, at a workplace located at 2400 Jupiter Road, Plano, Texas; where at least eight (8) employees including owner, who used pneumatic nail guns were not protected from eye injuries by wearing protective eyewear.
