29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): A list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that is referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet (the list may be compiled for the workplace as a whole or for individual work areas); and,  (a) Production Area: Employees add pigments and thickener to machines that print on fabric and operate machines used to transfer patterns, through the application of heat, from sublimation paper to fabric, but a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present was not compiled nor available for employee access, on or about December 13, 2016.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the required material safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace:  (a) Production Area: Employees add pigments and thickener to machines that print on fabric and operate machines used to transfer patterns, through the application of heat, from sublimation paper to fabric, but complete Safety Data Sheets for products such as but not limited to Bolger & O'Hearn Liqua Conc., transfer printing paper and sublimation inks were not immediately available for employee access, on or about December 13, 2016.
