On or about 12/14/2016, employees were exposed to a 35 foot fall hazard, in that, the mid and top rails were missing in some areas of the scaffold.

29 CFR 1926.452(c)(2): Tubular welded frames and panels were not braced by cross, horizontal, or diagonal braces, or combination thereof, which would have secured vertical members together laterally: a . On or about 12/14/2016, at the Post Production building, employees were exposed to a 35 foot fall hazard, in that, cross members were missing on the second to seventh tiers of the scaffold in various places on the east and north sides of the building while doing masonry work.
