On or about, December 12, 2016, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards from inadequate information and training for chemicals including, but not limited to, Aqualuxus K, Sulfuric Acid, Acetic Acid, Hydrochloric Acid, Hexanes, Propane, Emulsotron X-8461, and Hydrogen Sulfide.
