OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by a motor vehicle.  On or about 12 December 2016, and at times prior thereto, an employee exiting the vehicle was exposed to hazards from the movement of the Ram 4500 Utility Bucket Truck while within the company vehicle yard.  The employer failed to enforce the use of vehicle parking brakes.
