29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: On or about December 14, 2016, the employer did not ensure that relocatable power taps (RPT) were not daisy chained to other RPTs or connected to extension cords. In the P-2 annex, an extension cord was daisy chained to two relocatable power taps used to power electronic equipment such as but not limited to computers, scanner charging station and a printer.
