On or about December 19, 2016, the employer required employees in the Fabrication Shop to wear an N95 filtering facepiece while cutting and sanding and the employer had not implemented a written respiratory protection program. On or about December 19, 2016, the employer required employees in the Fabrication Shop to wear an N95 filtering facepiece while cutting and sanding and the employer had not provided medical evaluations to employees prior to their use to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator.
