Miami FL, 33147, the employer did not have a list of the hazardous chemicals in the written hazard communication program for employees who are exposed to skin and eye irritation when working with hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to, Nusol Alumax (Alcohols and C8-C10), during maintenance operations.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: On or about December 14th 2016, at the worksite located at 6540 N.W 35th Avenue. Miami FL, 33147, the employer did not provide effective training to employees on the hazards associated with the chemicals they worked with or the information in accordance with the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals. Employees were exposed to skin and eye irritation when working with hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to, Nusol Alumax (Alcohols and C8-C10) during maintenance operations.
