29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxillary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed to afford protection substanially equivalent to the wall of the equipment: Employees of 401Kable were exposed to electrical shock hazards in the following instances: 1) Breakers were missing in the circuit breaker panel "A" on the west wall of the shop. 2) Breakers were missing in the circuit breaker panel "B" on the west wall of the shop. 3) Breakers were missing in the circuit breaker panel "C" on the east wall of the shop. 4) Knockout missing on the right side of circuit breaker panel "A".
