An employee was working in a trench, which had not been inspected by a competent person, which was approximately 8 to 12 feet in depth, approximately 2 to 3 feet wide and approximately 20 feet long, sustained fatal injuries when the trench wall collapsed.

An employee working in the trench, which was approximately 8 to 12 feet in depth, approximately 2 to 3 feet wide and approximately 20 feet long, sustained fatal injuries when the trench wall collapsed.
