29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) On or about 12/14/2016 - Sheet metal department, an employee was operating a Boshert Eagle, Model No. PN4, Serial No. 3633, notching machine with an unguarded blade. b) On or about 12/14/2016 - Sheet metal department, employees were operating a band saw with the unused portion of the blade unguarded.
