Palram Panel, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1088517, citation number 01, item number 02/a and was affirmed as a final order on November 23, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 9735 Commerce Circle, Kutztown, PA 19530.
